  • 1 red onion

  • 1 package chicken sausage (12 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions
