  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika (sweet, smoked, or hot)
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F / 200°C.
  2. Pat the beef chops dry with paper towels; make small cuts along the edges to prevent curling.
