  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1" pieces
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon fruit juice or vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 3 cloves minced garlic)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or cornstarch)
  • 23 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh cracked black pepper and salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F and spray the basket with oil. Spread the marinated chicken evenly in one layer.
  3. Air fry for 10 minutes; stir and flip, then cook for an additional 5 minutes. Check for doneness and air fry for another 3-5 minutes if needed.
  4. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the cooked chicken and return to the air fryer for an additional minute to melt the cheese.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
