  • 2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • Chopped scallions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and cut into 1-1.5 inch cubes.
  2. Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes (refrigerate if longer).
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray basket with non-aerosol cooking spray.
  4. Cook marinated chicken in a single layer for 12-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
