  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup whole cranberry sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices white cheddar cheese
  • kale apple slaw

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cranberry aioli by microwaving the cranberry sauce and mixing it with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, diced apple, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into four patties.
  4. Grill or bake the patties according to your preference until cooked through and cheese is melted.
  5. Assemble burgers by spreading aioli on buns and adding patties topped with slaw.
