  • 2 chicken breasts, finely diced
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix (397g)
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Cooking spray or olive/canola oil for baking
  • Sweet chili sauce, to serve
  • Chopped cilantro, to serve
  • Sesame seeds, to serve

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Cook diced chicken until browned; add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Stir well.
  3. In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix with green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Toss well.
  4. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Fill each wonton cup with the chicken mixture and top with the slaw. Serve warm with sweet chili sauce.
