  • 20 slices turkey bacon (cut in half)
  • 1½ cups goat cheese (softened)
  • 4 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully stuff each date with about 1 teaspoon of goat cheese.
  3. Wrap each stuffed date with half a slice of turkey bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through until the bacon is crispy.
