  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 5 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 3/4 tsp sweet Spanish paprika
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, and melted butter until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour with ground coriander, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
