  • 5 cups corn flakes cereal (crushed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and coat them with flour in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix crushed corn flakes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Whisk together eggs and milk in a small bowl. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture and then roll in the cornflake mix.
