Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, combine walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Fold nut mixture into the batter carefully.
  7. Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack; drizzle with honey.
