  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup flour (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • For the Bang Bang Sauce: ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup honey, 2 teaspoons sriracha, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Chopped chives or green onions for garnish
  • Black or white sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, milk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Toss in cauliflower florets until coated.
  3. Dredge coated florets in panko breadcrumbs and place on the baking sheet; spray lightly with oil.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar for the sauce.
  6. Once baked, toss cauliflower in the sauce and garnish with chives or sesame seeds before serving.
