  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon neutral oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated or minced)
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
