  • 1/2 cup black cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup softened unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 egg yolks, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter with sugars and vanilla until fluffy. Add egg yolks one at a time.
