  • 150g Brie cheese
  • 100g cranberry sauce or jam
  • 1 egg (for brushing)
  • Fresh rosemary (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out stars in two different sizes for added visual appeal.
  3. Place a piece of Brie in the center of a large star and top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  4. Moisten the edges of the larger star with water and place a smaller star on top, pressing down to seal.
  5. Brush the stars with beaten egg, adding extra cranberry sauce and rosemary if desired.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown; allow to cool slightly before drizzling with honey.
