  • 1 cup beef broth (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons Creole Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 medium yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1 large lemon (cut into wedges)
  • 12 ounces chicken sausage (sliced)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (red or gold)
  • 1 lb pre-cooked snow crab leg clusters
  • 11½ lbs jumbo shrimp (deveined)
  • 46 ears sweet corn on the cob
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 10 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large stockpot, bring water and beef broth to a boil. Add Creole Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, onions, and lemon. Boil for 15 minutes.
  2. Add sliced chicken sausage and baby potatoes; cook for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
  3. Add crab clusters, shrimp, and corn; boil for an additional 5-7 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  4. For the garlic butter sauce, melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in garlic, lemon juice, seasonings, and hot sauce.
  5. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the seafood boil ingredients on a lined baking sheet; toss gently to combine.
