  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; sauté for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked pasta and marinara sauce. Mix in half of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
  3. Stir in the seasoned chicken until evenly mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with fresh basil or parsley.
