  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions and diced carrots in oil until softened.
  3. Add ground beef (or turkey) and dried thyme; cook until browned.
