  • ½ cup crushed Oreos
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • Filling: 1 cup brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and more crushed Oreos
  • Frosting: cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by mixing warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl; let it sit until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, crushed Oreos, and salt. In another bowl, mix butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and warm milk. Add the yeast mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for about an hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and crushed Oreos.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly across it, then roll up tightly and slice into pieces.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. For the frosting, mix softened butter with powdered sugar, cream cheese, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until creamy. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
