Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
