  • 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or chicken
  • 6 large slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 package Hawaiian Dinner Rolls (12 count)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 23 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and layer the bottom halves with turkey.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey followed by the cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds. Brush this mixture over the assembled sliders.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 12 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
