  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange-flavored candy coating or white chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and white chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange juice. Let cool for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Refrigerate the ganache for 1-2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a cookie scoop to portion out ganache and roll into smooth balls.
  5. Chill rolled truffles again for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle into the coating using a fork, tapping off excess.
  8. Place on parchment-lined sheet; garnish with extra orange zest if desired.
