  • 23 cups cooked and shredded chicken (breasts or thighs)
  • 4 cups fresh spinach or 1 package frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
