  • 2.25 oz can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the chickpea rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
