  • 12 oz. Pappardelle Pasta (or any pasta of choice)
  • 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Grape Juice (non-alcoholic)
  • 5 oz. Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 2 tbsp. Capers
  • Kosher Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Lemon Zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200ºC). Season salmon with salt and pepper, place on a baking dish, and bake for about 12 minutes.
