  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Thinly slice the Yukon gold potatoes using a mandolin or sharp knife.
  3. In a pot, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in flour to create a roux and cook for 1-2 minutes.
