  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in cooked chicken, 1½ cups cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and drained spaghetti until evenly coated.
  5. Pour mixture into the greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
