  • 1 ½ cups Canned or Frozen Sweet Corn
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Large Egg
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil

Instructions

  1. If using canned corn, drain it thoroughly; if using frozen corn, thaw and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg until lightly beaten.
  3. Add all-purpose flour, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the egg; mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the corn until fully combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls or discs.
  6. For frying: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat (350°F). Fry bites until golden brown (2-3 minutes per side). For baking: Preheat oven to 400°F; bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
