  • 2 tablespoons tamari (or soy sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon chili crunch

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook edamame according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, rice vinegar, tamari, sesame oil, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, and chili crunch.
