  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 8 slices of dill pickle

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts horizontally and pound to an even thickness.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill.
  3. Whisk eggs and milk together in another bowl.
  4. Set up your breading station with panko breadcrumbs in a separate dish.
  5. Dip chicken pieces into flour mixture, then egg mixture, and finally coat with panko.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. For the dill mayo, mix mayonnaise, fresh dill, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  8. Toast brioche buns until golden brown.
