  • 6 oz dill havarti cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp dill pickles, chopped and patted dry
  • 2 pieces salted butter

  2. Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread generously.
  3. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer half of the grated cheese. Top with chopped dill pickles and then another layer of cheese. Place the second slice on top, buttered side facing out.
