  • 68 Croissants (cut into halves or thirds)
  • 1012 slices of chicken deli meat or turkey
  • 34 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 810 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the croissants into thirds and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk (or heavy cream), salt, garlic salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary.
  4. Dunk each croissant piece in the egg mixture and layer them tightly in the baking dish.
  5. Add layers of chicken deli meat and cheese between the croissant pieces.
  6. Mix melted butter with honey and drizzle over the top.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
