  • 1/4 cup cacao powder (22g)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp water (more or less as needed)
  • 34 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Flaked sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pea protein powder, cacao powder, and salt.
  2. Add sunflower seed butter and vanilla extract; mix until combined, adjusting water as needed for texture.
  3. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes to set.
  5. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil over low heat.
  6. Dip each ball in melted chocolate, then place on parchment paper to set.
  7. Drizzle with extra chocolate and sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
