  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
