- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup grated or julienned carrots
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional, to taste)
- Prepare your ingredients by shredding cabbage, grating carrots, mincing garlic and ginger, and chopping green onions.
