  • 1/4 Cup 100% grape juice concentrate
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 Scoops Vital Proteins vegan gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. Gaia Black Elderberry Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Vitamin C Crystals

Instructions

  1. Prepare your molds by placing silicone molds on a baking sheet or greasing a small dish.
  2. In a saucepan, combine grape juice concentrate, water, and honey; heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in vegan gelatin one scoop at a time until fully dissolved.
  4. Add elderberry syrup and vitamin C crystals; whisk until uniform.
  5. Fill molds carefully with the mixture and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.
  6. Once firm, remove gummies from molds and store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
