  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz beef broth
  • 5 1/2 Tbsp melted butter (divided)
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×5" loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Stir in shredded cheese.
  3. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the beef broth. Mix until combined.
  4. Pour half of the melted butter into the loaf pan, then transfer the batter into the pan.
  5. Drizzle remaining melted butter over the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick should come out clean.
  7. Mix remaining melted butter with parsley and garlic powder; brush over warm bread after baking.
