  • 1/3 cup white sugar (or coarse sugar)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup vegan marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 11 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, ground ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and molasses; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
