  • 10 oz mini vegan marshmallows (about 4 cups)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the mini vegan marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in molasses, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cloves until well combined.
  3. Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal gently until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and press down firmly using your hands or parchment paper.
  5. Allow to cool at room temperature before slicing into squares.
