  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly before mixing in the yogurt and sugar until well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda with the melted chocolate mixture until just combined.
  4. Stir in the milk until fully incorporated. Fold in optional chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
