Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Lebanese 7-spice, salt, black pepper, and olive oil, then marinate skinless chicken thighs for at least 15 minutes.

  3. In a separate bowl, pickle sliced onion with apple cider vinegar and salt for brightness.
