  • 4 Tbsps Italian Dressing
  • 4 Cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 4 Tbsps Caesar Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onions
  • 1 Medium Avocado, Sliced
  • 6 Medium Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breast in Italian dressing for at least a few hours.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken on medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, shredded Parmesan, sliced avocado, chopped red onions, and black pepper.
  4. Fill each tortilla with about a cup of the salad mix and top with sliced grilled chicken. Roll tightly.
  5. Grill each wrap on medium heat for about one minute on each side to warm through.
  6. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
