Instructions
Prepare the pineapple by cutting off the top and bottom, removing the rind, and slicing into spears or rings.
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, dark brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over the pineapple in a zip-top bag and marinate in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
