  • 8 slices provolone cheese (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 pound chopped chicken
  • 1/4 pound thinly sliced turkey
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini liquid
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Crushed red pepper and cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, pepperoncini liquid, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, crushed red pepper, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, layer shredded romaine and iceberg lettuce. Add chopped chicken and turkey slices along with provolone cheese, red onion, pepperoncini peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Gently toss the salad with the prepared dressing until everything is evenly coated.
