  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, green onions, soy sauce, and sriracha (if using). Cook until browned and remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil and sauté shredded Brussels sprouts seasoned with salt and pepper until soft and caramelized.
