  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 ounces deli turkey
  • 8 ounces sliced Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Layer half of the Havarti cheese on the buns, followed by all the turkey.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey and top with remaining Havarti cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on and prepare the butter mixture by combining melted butter with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, Dijon mustard, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
  6. Brush this mixture generously over the buns.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through; then uncover and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow cooling slightly before serving.
