- 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned)
- 2/3 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining with paper liners.
