  • 34 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 cup dry orzo pasta
  • 1 can (14 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup beef stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 cups tightly packed fresh spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the minced beef until fully cooked; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion until translucent, then add minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
  3. Stir in dry orzo and toast for a minute before adding tomato sauce and beef stock. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the orzo is al dente.
