  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley (or 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • pinch paprika
  • 1 lemon sliced into half-moons

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/400F. Line a baking tray with foil or a silicone mat.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side-down on the baking tray.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, honey, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets and arrange lemon wedges around them.
