  • 300g Greek yogurt
  • 150g feta cheese
  • 240g drained cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rose harissa paste
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Toss trimmed carrots in olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  3. While roasting, prepare a green sauce by mixing chopped carrot tops with lemon juice and olive oil.
