  • 4 cups wild arugula
  • 1 cup candied walnuts
  • 2 large Honeycrisp apples, sliced into matchsticks
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by blending apple cider vinegar, honey, walnuts, cinnamon, black pepper, salt, cumin, curry powder in a food processor until smooth. Gradually add olive oil while processing until emulsified.
